Receptionist
Reference: 579
Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: Band 1 - £14,325 - £16,742
Location: Nottingham
 
We are looking to recruit a Receptionist to work full time at our Office on Castle Boulevard, Nottingham for a temporary basis to cover a period of maternity leave. The role will commence on the 21st May 2012 and end on the 31st December 2012. 
 

Duties include receiving and assisting visitors, a large proportion of whom will be offenders, dealing with telephone calls, logging information and other administrative duties. 

 

Successful candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to prioritise and respond to high volume and varying demands.  You must also have the ability to remain calm and defuse difficult situations when necessary, have previous experience of reception and IT work and have excellent interpersonal skills.

 

This is an offender facing role.

 

Please note that successful applicants from outside the Trust will commence at the bottom of the salary band.
