Nottinghamshire Probation Trust have recently been awarded the RoSPA (Royal Society for Prevention of Accidents) Silver award for achievement in Health and Safety.
This is a prestigious award recognising NPT's commitment to the improvement of health and safety and is a collective achievement recognising contributions from all staff towards improving health and safety.
Recent health and safety improvements include creating evacuation plans, training Fire wardens and First aiders, improving fire safety procedures, and monitoring improvements to our Approved Premises. We are also fortunate to have an active and committed Health and Safety committee led by a Board Champion and fully supported by both Trade Union representatives and staff.
