This is to advise potential suppliers that Nottinghamshire Probation Area is looking to procure an Education Management Service.
Nottinghamshire Probation Area work in partnership with the Learning and Skills Council and local colleges to meet offenders learning needs, to enable offenders to access mainstream education, training and ultimately to get them into meaningful work.
The specification and evaluation criteria will be made available with the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire.
The contract is for three years from the date of commencement, subject to satisfactory performance. Nottinghamshire Probation Area reserves the right not to award the contract.
The estimated value of the contract is between £100,000 and £180,000 (excluding VAT) over the life of the contract.
Requests to participate must be in the form of a completed Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ), which must be returned by 12.00 Noon on 27/10/09.
The last date for requesting a PQQ is the 16/10/09. Invitations to Tender will be issued on 16/11/09.
